When will I get my refund?Updated a month ago

Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund whitin 5-10 days. 

This means we will refund any and all payments received related to your product, not including any fees or shipping.

Note: If a return is not approved due to reasons such as worn items, bad smell, stains, or missing original packaging, the product can be sent back to the customer. In this case, a standard shipping fee will apply and must be paid by the customer.
