What is the return policy?Updated a month ago

When ordering from Bouncewear, you can return products up to 14 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in perfect, unchanged condition and returned in its original packaging. For clothing returns, all tickets must remain attached to the item. 

The easiest way to do this is by using the Return Center. If you experience difficulties using the Return Center, you can email us at [email protected] with 'Return' as the subject. 

Note: This may take longer than using the Return Center.

Partial refunds & non-approved returns 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), or when returns are not approved, including:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery. 
• Items returned without any communication or without using our Return Center.
• Goods purchased through our raffle website. 

Return options
Once the return is started, we will provide several options to take care of your return:

• Refund
• Refund in store credit
• Exchange of product 

Packaging instructions
Please do not stick the return label or any tape directly on the shoe box. Reuse the packaging in which you received the product.
