How to file a claim for a missing or lost package?Updated a month ago

In the tracking email you have received, there is a link to the tracking page of the shipping carrier. On this page you'll find your way to customer service where you could file a claim or a complaint. 


Note: Bouncewear is not responsible for delays or missing orders once the package has been scanned by the shipping carrier. From that moment, the carrier is fully responsible, and any complaints or claims need to be filed with them.
