How do I track my order?Updated a month ago
If you have placed an order you can track your order at any time.
BY EMAIL
Once you order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking status. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotion folders, so be sure to take a look there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
IN YOUR ACCOUNT
- Step 1: Go to 'My orders'
- Step 2: Click on the order you want to track
- Step 3: Click on 'Details'
Note: Sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are on it's way!
